Nesiyot (Journeys)

Our journeys are spiritual and actual, far and local. We have traveled to the Lower East Side. Rabbi Lewittes has led multiple trips to Israel and has traveled to Poland to deliver a Torah to a Jewish community. Our dream itineraries include family trips to Israel, a cycling tour through the Napa Valley to study the story of wine in Jewish tradition, a trip to Ellis Island and the Jewish Theological Seminary's rare book room, a family retreat over Shavuot weekend, and other exciting and meaningful destinations. Carrying guidebook, historical survey and sacred text as we travel, we expand our perspective of the world around us, and our place within it.
